Review: Stolen (Alpha’s Control #1) by Addison Cain

                                                              Description:
He stole her off the streets in broad daylight—the first Omega discovered in Bernard Dome in generations. He took her with violence while none intervened. He broke her, swearing he’d put her back together.

Brenya Perin was ordered to submit.

Bernard Dome is the jewel of Europe, a bastion of art and culture, pleasure and decadence. But life in the city depends on the occupation chosen for you at birth. There is no subversion, no question of who rules. There is no freedom.

Peace has a price, a price the Commodore of Bernard Dome is willing to pay… so long as the Omega remains his.

***
Shepherd’s influence is on the rise. His machinations are subtle, his hands full tending to his recovering mate. Her safety is his priority, and something he’s willing to risk war to assure. Bernard Dome has what he wants, and they will all be dammed if they deny him.

                                                              My opinion:
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review

Brenya was an engineering grunt responsible for the exterior maintenance of Bernard Dome.  After the accident she had, they decided that she had nothing more to offer, which left her living like a pariah. One day she mindlessly was wondering around and was found by a massive Alpha. He mounted her without her consent and took her home, that's how they found out that she wasn't a Beta but an Omega.  When she got a little better she found out that she had found her mate, who happened to be the Commodore of Bernard Dome,  Jacques. She was scared and wanted to go back to her previous position but that would never happen. The more Jacques tried to make her love him the more she wanted to escape.

In Greth Dome Shepherd and Claire were going to start their life again. He was doing anything in his power to make her happy and feel at home, but it was very difficult for her to forget and move on. Day by day, with her iron will and Shepherd's persistence, she was coming out of her shell.

Another dark omegaverse tale series. In this one there is the continuation of Claire's and Shepherd's story and the new story of Brenya and Jacques. There are many differences and similarities between the characters. Jacques appeared to be more elegant and cultured while Shepherd was more of a savage. Towards their mates, you can see that the roles are reversed since the later one behaves with more love and respect. Their only similarity was the control they craved over everything. Now about the females, both of them were unwilling to mate and made an attempt to escape. Their only difference was that one of them was unaware of the omega world and responsibilities. It has a good plot and the end was very intriguing and different from the other series. I liked it and I feel that the rest of the series won't disappoint me, I will rate it with 4 stars.

PS. my only wish is to see Ancil tortured by Brenya, he deserves it.
