Josh was the owner of a porn blog named All About the D. He wanted to protect his private life so he asked for legal services from Waller, Goldman & Associates law firm. He had the pleasure to talk with a young associate, Evelyn Mills, who assured him that they could service his needs. Evie was in need of the bonus of bringing a new client so she decided to present this case to her boss. Unfortunately, the partners of the firm didn't want to risk their reputation so they declined. The good thing was that since she wouldn't be his lawyer he could make a move on her. They both had the hots for each other so it wasn't a surprise when they ended up in bed. The morning after they were both ecstatic, but their happiness was short lived since her law firm decided to represent him. Evie had to end things. After a few days, they realized that they couldn't stay away so they had to figure out what to do while getting to know each other better. Being in this relationship felt good for both of them but keeping it a secret wasn't easy. Their love was tested when everything was revealed, they had to decide if they were gonna fight together or move on separately...
It's a fun and sexy adult romance. It has a simple storyline which is filled with hot erotic scenes. I loved the romantic forbidden love story. I liked the characters and the fact that we get some background information which explains their life choices. I think that it's one of the books that managed to keep the balance between the romantic and erotic part since it didn't focus on one of these. I liked the story a lot, my favorite part was the epilogue. I recommend it for the adult audience and I will rate it with 4,5 stars.
