Review: Carnival (Traveling #4) by Jane Harvey-Berrick

                                                                 Description:
Empty inside, cold in his heart, Zef turned to whisky and drugs to fill the void.

Instead, he ended up with a prison sentence and a new determination to get clean and make something of his life.

Since his release, Zef has been on the road, finding his spiritual home with a traveling carnival and working as a motorcycle stunt rider.

Live fast, live hard, keep moving.

He doesn’t want to be tied down to anyone or anything. Fiercely loyal, the only people he cares about are his brother and his carnie family.

Until a crazy girl who’s run away to join the circus crashes into his world.
But now his old life is catching up with him, and Zef has to choose a new road.

                                                                 My opinion:
Zef was working in a carnival as a biker stunt driver. He loved this life but while everyone started having families he was alone. Then one day a runaway girl, Sara,  snuck in one of their RVs. Aimee decided to let her stay and work but he put Zef to find out more about her since the girl had a crush on him. He was not happy about it but he'd tried his best. Slowly Sara was opening up to him and he started caring about her as well. The last few months both of their lives had changed drastically, she had gained a new family and a job and he had found the woman of his life. Their journey wasn't always easy but they loved each other and they manage to make it work. In the end, the Daredevils had lost someone important but gained so much more.

It is the most beautiful romantic story I have read. It is filled with emotions, funny little moments and a great description of the carnie world. It has a variety of characters and a couple steamy scenes. Even though Sara and Zef is the main couple it doesn't concentrate fully on them, but it shows the life of the rest carnies as well. The storyline captivates you from the first few chapters and it keeps your interest until the very end. This book is my new favorite and I will rate it with 5 bright stars!!!
