Royal Prince Lucio Aussa of Avce had only a year to find a wife. He let his older brother Antony to use the Royal IT department to help him and the result was not one he expected. It matched him with Amy Fields, the younger sister of his old girlfriend. Amy had a crush on Lucio since they were teenagers but she knew he could never be hers. Fifteen years later he came to find her and ask her to marry him. She was surprised and a little hurt because she would be in a loveless marriage but for once she had the chance to outrank her vindictive sister. After meeting with her, Lucio realized that Amy was the one for him, so he decided to find a way to seduce her and make her happy. While they were getting each other their enemies were setting their plan into motion. One bad event was followed by another which all of them led to Amy's injury. Lucky for all she was a very strong woman who wasn't going to let anyone destroy her happiness with the man of her dreams.
It's a romance story full of action. I have only read the two out of the three books of this series and it seems that this one has the less romantic scenes. The erotic part is very limited, which makes the book perfect for all audience. I liked the characters, especially the fact that Amy was able to help the royal family in that serious situation. It's not as steamy as the previous one but this story managed to keep my interest with the plot and the little twist in the end. This one is my favorite book of the Princes of Avce series and I will rate it with 5 stars.
